Antique, Rare-Find Cast Iron & 2 Copper 5-Kilo Merchant Balance Scale. Working Antique Mercantile Cast Iron scale with brass trays.

Historical Item Circa 1800's. Heavy Cast iron was painted several times and has some chips in the paint. Cast Iron is solid with no cracks.

Tray has dents through years. Female Avant-garde faces on base and pendulum. My research doesn't find any similar scrolled base.

Measures 20" long, 9" tall with pendulum and 8 wide. Rare Historic Item from 1800.
