TWO SETS of hard-to-find Antique French Balance Scales! The scales are heavy cast iron with brass bowls/pans and weights. Both sets are embossed with "NON POINCONNEE". The larger set is also embossed with "BALANCE DE MENAGE". Some signs of storage, some rust mostIy on the bottom, no cracks holes chips or repairs. The larger scale measures about 13" x 3.5" on the base, 20" across the top of the pans, and about 8.25" high at the top of the balance needle. The smaller scale measures about 10" x 3.5" on the base, 13.5" across the top of the pans, and about 5.75" high at the top of the balance needle. Includes 7 brass weights as shown in photos.
