Vintage Cast Iron crow foot pattern Country Store Weighting Scale 3 lbs 20/10

  

I can't find a makers mark. Has a distinctive crow foot pattern on the base. Measures 20" long is 14" on the base. Is 10" high and the table is 10" diameter. Scale measures 3 pounds on the weight.

There is a number id on the base - see photos. The table has a line - it does not go through to the bottom of the plate.
